What is your new employer looking for?



Often we think we need to promote absolutely everything about ourselves to get the interview.  

THIS IS NOT SO!



To get the interview we have to prove that we can do the job!

The recruiter has clearly identified in the job advertisement and in the job description what is needed to land the job. 

Read the job description on the company website. What you see on LinkedIn is just a summary of the job description. 

When considering if the job is right for you, first ask yourself, do you have all of the competencies being asked for under the heading  "Essential Criteria"?
